We got our lucy 2 years ago, she was the last one of her litter mates to be chosen. Flew into Seattle for us to get her. Everything about the experience was amazing. She is the sweetest, called Griff I have ever seen.

Got our puppy Pearl and she is awesome! We had our Rigby (Ruben) flown to NY in late January. I was a little nervous about the transportation but everything went so smooth. This was my first time working with the breeder. I've always rescued but I fell in love with WPG and was recommended High Plains Griffons. Rigby is wonderful. We enjoy every second of his beaming personality. The Hughes family takes great pride in what they do and have much love for these animals. You can tell by the way they socialize and care for the puppies. I think it is extremely important that they take the puppies into their home and allow the family to play and care for them. Knowing your soon to be puppy is part of the Hughes family before arriving at your home is priceless. Thanks everyone!

Great people and the service is incredible, we got our "Bea" (Abby) and she is perfect for our family, Dan has been very helpful throughout the whole process and we couldn't be happier with our puppy, not to mention she is already pointing at 8 weeks. Looking forward to many days in the field with this dog!

Love our Cinco de Mayo 2015 Lucy so much, we came back for another dose of the best fun! The Hughes family takes such great care of these pups and it's obvious they put a lot into developing them in the first few weeks. We couldn't be more excited to welcome #2 to our family in a couple of weeks!

Thank you much, we absolutely love her!!! We decided to get our puppy from high plains griffons after seeing puppies available online-they have been so helpful and knowledgeable throughout the last couple of months leading up to us getting her. We are on on our way home with our little lady, Ruby, are so happy we chose to go through high plains griffons.

...We absolutely love her. We are interested in getting another griff so she has a playmate...Lucy is so relaxed and submissive to kids. However, her "big girl bark" gets rid of any unwanted solicitors:-) we are so in love with her.

My wife and I bought a female Griff from Dan, in Jan with the intention of running her in North American Versitile Hunting Dog Association (NAVHDA). Dan was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, and we couldn't be happier with our pup. High Plains Dakota Dually just completed her NAVHDA NA test yesterday, at 6 months 8 days old. She scored a 106/112 and received a Prize 2. Everyone there couldn't believe she was only 6 months old, and a few handlers stated, "if I could have a Griff like that, I'd own 2". Thanks for the amazing pup and we'll be sure to keep you posted on her progress. We may have a NAVHDA Versitile Champion in the making...

High Plains Dakota Dually completed her NAVHDA NA test again on 8/28 with hopes of achieving a Prize 1 score. This go around, she scored a perfect 112 Prize 1 at just under 9 months old. Thanks again for this amazing pup.

My husband and I bought a female pup this past August. From the start the breeder was very attentive to all our needs. We had quite a few questions that were easily answered. Very professional and timely with regards to financial transactions. We had our pup shipped. The breeder kept us informed of flight status ect. The breeder was so kind to walk us through some training questions a month after we had our pup. Our dog is everything you want in a griffon from her brown nose to her webbed feet. Should we be in the market again for another dog, we will look no further than High Plains Griffons.
